In February 2004, a subsidiary of Schweitzer-Mauduit acquired P.T.
Kimsari Paper Indonesia (now P.T. PDM Indonesia), the largest independent
tobacco-related papers producer in Indonesia. The mill contains one
paper machine and related converting equipment to produce cigarette
and other tobacco-related papers.
